Life after loss doesn't mean life without joy.

You don't have
to have it all figured out.

Whether you've lost someone you love, experienced a life-changing transition, or simply don't recognize yourself anymore...

there is hope.

Not because the pain disappears...

but because you can learn to carry it while creating a meaningful life again.

Welcome to Still Standing Now.

What I Do..

I help people navigate life after loss.

Not by telling them to "move on."

Not by trying to fix their grief.

And not by pretending healing follows a timeline.

    Instead...

I provide a compassionate space where you can process your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and begin building a life that honors both your loss and your future.

Whether we're working together one-on-one or through future workshops, my goal is simple:

To help you remember that even after life's hardest chapters...

    you are still standing.

    Hi, I'm Alesha.

For much of my life, I've been the person others came to when life became difficult.

But it wasn't until I experienced profound personal loss that I truly understood how completely grief can change a person's life.

I've experienced the deaths of people I deeply loved, watched my family navigate unimaginable loss, and lived through the kind of grief that changes how you see yourself and the world around you.

Along the way, I discovered something I never expected.

Grief doesn't just ask us to mourn.

    It asks us to rebuild.

Today, I help others navigate life after loss and begin creating a meaningful life moving forward..

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I've learned that moving forward doesn't begin with perfect words. It begins when someone finally feels seen, heard, and understood.

    I believe...

    Healing isn't forgetting.

    Strength isn't pretending.

    Hope isn't denying pain.

Life after loss is still life.

And even after everything you've been through...

    you can still stand.

What It's Like to Work Together

Choosing the right coach is an important decision. I believe coaching works best when it's built on trust, honesty, and genuine connection.

That's why every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary 30-minute Connection Call. This isn't a sales call—it's an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what you're navigating, answer your questions, and determine whether we're the right fit.

If we both feel comfortable moving forward, we'll create a coaching experience that's personalized specifically for you.

    A Personalized Coaching Journey

No two people experience loss the same way. Your story, your relationships, your experiences, and your goals are uniquely yours.

Because of that, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Together, we'll create a coaching experience that reflects where you are today, what matters most to you, and the direction you want your life to move.

Our work together will focus on helping you build a meaningful life after loss while honoring your experiences and the people you love.

    My Coaching Approach

Most clients begin with an eight-session coaching journey. This gives us time to build trust, explore meaningful goals, and create lasting progress together. Some people find eight sessions is exactly what they need, while others choose to continue receiving support. We'll regularly evaluate your progress together and decide what feels most helpful for you.

    Your Investment:

    Complimentary Connection Call:

    30 Minutes — Complimentary

A relaxed conversation to determine whether coaching is the right fit for both of us.

    Personalized One-on-One Coaching

    60-Minute Individual Sessions — $125

    Personalized Coaching Journey

Most clients begin with an initial commitment of approximately eight sessions.

Investment: $895 when paid in full

    or

    Three monthly payments of $335

Choosing the coaching journey allows us to focus on lasting progress rather than one session at a time.

What Your Coaching Journey May Include

Because every coaching journey is personalized, your experience may include:

    • One-on-one coaching sessions

    • Personalized reflection exercises

    • Practical action steps

    • Support and accountability

    • Email support between sessions (within my communication policy)

    • Resources and recommendations when appropriate

Every coaching plan is created specifically for you.

    Continued Coaching

Some clients choose to continue coaching after completing their initial journey as new challenges and life transitions arise. If ongoing support would be helpful, we'll discuss options together. There is never any obligation to continue.

Coaching May Be Right for You If...

✔ You're navigating life after loss.

✔ You're ready to rediscover who you are.

✔ You want support as you create a meaningful future.

✔ You're looking for encouragement, accountability, and compassionate guidance.

✔ You're ready to continue moving forward while honoring the person you love.

My role isn't to tell you what to do or "fix" your grief. My role is to walk alongside you, ask thoughtful questions, offer encouragement, and create a supportive space where you can discover your own path forward.

    A Note From Me

I know reaching out for support isn't always easy. If you've found your way here, I want you to know you're welcome exactly as you are.

You don't have to have everything figured out before taking the first step. Sometimes the hardest part is simply starting the conversation.

When you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
